Sunday, July 21 is National Ice Cream Day, and the SAGE Center in Boardman is inviting everyone to stop in for specials on Tillamook ice cream.
From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., visitors will receive a buy-one-get-one special on scoops of ice cream.
