Charles V. Reiber of Hermiston died on Jan. 15, 2019 in Richland, Wash. at the age of 78.
He was born on March 27, 1940 in Huntington.
A celebration of life gathering will be held on Saturday, Sept. 14, 2019 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Maxwell Event Center, 145 N. First Place, Hermiston.
