The Hermiston Chamber of Commerce will hold a ground-breaking ceremony today at Lifeways’ Aspen Springs facility.
At 10 a.m. today, Lifeways, Inc. will be breaking ground for their new 16-bed secure psychiatric treatment facility for adults with complex mental health problems. Currently there are no psychiatric hospitals in Eastern Oregon. The facility should be operational by February of 2017.
