The Hermiston Downtown District is inviting the public to a pre-parade event on Saturday, Aug. 4 on Hermiston’s new Festival Street.
The event will help kick off the 2018 Umatilla County Fair and Farm-City Pro Rodeo. Hermiston’s Dallin Puzey will entertain at the Festival Street from 4:15 to 6:15 p.m., prior to the parade’s 6:30 p.m. start.
