Charles Lyle Austin, 63, died unexpectedly of heart complications on May 8, 2022 at his home in Stanfield.
He was born on Feb. 5, 1959 in Boise, Idaho to Ralph Austin and Patricia Murray Thomason.
Charles graduated from Kamiah High School, class of 1978. Following graduation, he moved to Oregon. While living in Oregon he worked for Hale Companies as a financial controller until 2005, when he became owner and operator of P4 & More Computers, which he owned and worked at until his unexpected death.
When not working at his computer store, Charles enjoyed reading and listening to stories, fishing with family, gardening, and working in his yard.
Charles is survived by his daughter, April Burnham and husband Scott, Stanfield; son, Joshua Austin and wife Ginnielynne, Norwich, Conn.; three grandchildren, Bronwyn, Declan, and Theodore; two sisters, Molly Blankenship and husband Gordon, Stanfield, and Brenda Crabb, Pendleton; one brother, Albert Austin, Echo; many nieces and nephews; and many other family members.
In addition to his parents, a sister, Kathy Jones and nephew, Jason Blankenship preceded him.
A private service will be held.
