Charles E. Fowler III of Pilot Rock died on Dec. 2, 2021 in Irrigon at the age of 28.
He was born on May 8, 1993 in Zephyrhills, Fla. to Charles Fowler Jr. and Valarie Smart Fowler.
The time came when the pain it took to stay was greater than the pain it took to go.
At his request, there will be no service.
