The Irrigon community Trunk or Treat event will take place on Saturday, Oct. 31 from 4 to 7:30 p.m.
Cars will park on the south side of Northeast Main Avenue between the post office and A.C. Houghton Elementary School. Kids and parents will walk past parked cars for treats.
