The city of Umatilla and the Umatilla Public Library today have begun modified hours of operation.
City hall is closed today due to maintenance and will open at noon on Tuesday, July 14. Thereafter, they will be operating from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. until further notice. The library is now open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information, call 541-922-3226.
