The city of Umatilla is looking to fill the positions of certified and licensed electrical inspector, and school resource officer.
The electrical inspector position requires two years of post-secondary college in pre-engineering, construction technology, or a related field, or two years of lead or supervisory experience in building and related inspections, plan review and code enforcement. The job closing date is June 5 at 5 p.m.
The school resource officer works closely with school staff, students and parents and is included in discussions related to school safety and disorder. The position requires police officer certification through the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST). The job closing date is June 9.
