The city of Hermiston is providing a free lunch program during the summer to children 18 and younger.
The program, which began June 17, runs through Aug. 16. Lunch, however, will not be served on July 4. Children can receive free lunches at the following times and locations:
• Butte Park: Noon to 12:30 p.m.
• Aquatic Center: 12:15-12:45 p.m.
• Rocky Heights Elementary School: 12:30-1 p.m.
• Victory Square Park: 12:45-1:15 p.m.
• Bliss: 12:45-1:15 p.m.
All meals are served on a first come, first serve basis and the meals must be eaten on the site. For more information, call the city of Hermiston at 567-5521.
