Wondering where to find something to do? Wonder no longer now that upcoming community events can be found on Hermiston Live, a webpage sponsored by the city of Hermiston, Hermiston Chamber of Commerce, and Eastern Oregon Trade & Event Center (EOTEC).
Community events, classes, gatherings and more can be viewed by date, location, and audience for quick access to what’s happening today, this weekend, or months down the line.
“Hermiston has so many amazing events and opportunities to get together, but it can be hard to find important details when you need them,” said Chamber Director Val Hoxie. “Hermiston Live will allow us to collect all those resources into a single calendar and create a one-stop shop to connect residents to really fun activities and gatherings.”
Along with events posted by the city, chamber, and EOTEC, community members are invited to share their own events by sending a request email to Ami Little, public relations director of the chamber at info@hermistonchamber.com. All events must be open to the public and not related to a specific business promotion.
The calendar is available on the city’s website and chamber’s website.
