Joann Murray died Saturday at the age of 74. Murray moved to Hermiston in 1974 and later went to work at Rohrman Ford, where she was Hermiston’s first female car salesperson. She later managed the Hermiston Elks Lodge before going to work at JR Simplot, where she worked for 24 years before retiring.
A celebration gathering will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 12 at the Hermiston Cemetery.
