Connie M. Parker of Hermiston died on Aug. 26, 2023 in Bend at the age of 64.
She was born on Oct. 16, 1958 in Umatilla to Robert “Bob” and Dorothy Hinkley Frazier.
She was raised and attended schools in Hermiston. Connie had been with Jeffrey Parker since 1974, living in Portland, Phoenix, Spokane and Buckley before returning to Hermiston in the late 1980s. She worked for many years as an in-home caregiver.
Connie enjoyed going to the coast, crafts, art, drawing, reading, playing cards and watching movies, especially Disney movies. She was the fun aunt and cherished time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by Jeff Parker Sr., Hermiston; sons, Jeffrey Parker Jr., Spokane, Wash., Brian Parker, Salem and Travis Parker, Coos Bay; mother, Dorothy Frazier, Hermiston; brothers, Robert, Salem, Milo, Hermiston, Ian, Ohio and Bill, New Mexico; sister, Carol, South Carolina; grandchildren, Ashley, Hailey, Devin and Ryland; great-grandchildren, Greyson and Emarie; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Connie was preceded in death by her father, Bob.
A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, Sept. 1, 2023 at 11 a.m. at the Hermiston Nazarene Church, 1520 W. Orchard Ave.
