Conrad Fielding Skinner died on April 10, 2019 at his home in Oregon City at the age of 23.
He was born on July 15, 1995 in Pendleton the second of four children to Kevin and Antoinette “Toni” DeFriez Skinner.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at 1 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 850 S.W. 11th St., Hermiston.
Burial with military honors will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery.
