The Umatilla County Special Library District Board will hold a retreat on Saturday, Jan. 26 at Rooster’s in Pendleton.
The meeting will take place from 8:30 a.m. to noon in the small meeting room at Rooster’s, 1515 Southgate. The retreat will focus on the district vision. No decisions will be made at the meeting.
