After a four-year break, Crow’s Shadow Institute of the Arts is reintroducing their Monothon fund-raising event with a gala celebration and auction on Saturday, July 27. The event will be hosted at the Foundry Vineyards Gallery, 1111 Abadie St. in Walla Walla.
This week, local and regional artists will be making monotype prints in the Crow’s Shadow studio on the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation. The week culminates in the auction of the resulting prints – completely unique pieces made from ink applied to an acrylic plate and run through a printing press.
Doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets are $50 and can be purchased at the Crow’s Shadow website.
