Daniel Lincoln Davis passed away on Sept. 24, 2018 at his home in Hermiston at the age of 48.
He was born on July 25, 1970 in Anchorage, Alaska to Thurman and Glenda Archibald Davis. Daniel was an automotive mechanic for many years. His favorite job was working at Bert’s Auto, where he worked until his failing health that was caused by an accident years ago, forced him to retire. Daniel loved all things mechanical, fixing up old cars and selling them. He enjoyed superhero comics, movies, cooking, mountain biking, the outdoors, and cherished spending time with and taking care of his family. Daniel had a great sense of humor and enjoyed having fun.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Lavelle Halladay; son, Alex Davis; daughter, Adrienne Davis; stepson, Evan Halladay; stepdaughter, Lanita Goldie and her husband, Jesse; six siblings; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of life potluck gathering will be held on Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018 at 1 p.m. at the Echo Community Church, 21 N. Bonanza in Echo.
