Debra E. Bockmann of Hermiston died on Aug. 22, 2019 in Richland, Wash. at the age of 63.
She was born on April 16, 1956 in Carmichael, Calif.
A celebration of life gathering will be held on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2019 at 11 a.m. at McKenzie Park, Hermiston.
