George “Dennis” Cooper, formerly of Hermiston, passed away in West Richland, Wash. on Nov. 6, 2024 at the age of 77.
He was born on March 20, 1947 in La Grande to George and Emma Hudson Cooper.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024 at the Burns Mortuary Chapel, 685 W. Hermiston Ave.
A private family burial will be in the Island City Cemetery near La Grande.
