The Columbia Development Authority Board will meet on Friday, Jan. 6 at 1 p.m. at the Port of Umatilla office.
The board will discuss the cheatgrass bacteria field test, Umatilla’s wastewater exception, the water agreement with the Oregon National Guard, as well as a BRAC update.
The Port of Umatilla office is located at 505 Willamette St.
