A spaghetti feed and fundraiser to benefit Abby Villanueva will be held at the Hermiston Community Center on Dec. 11.
Villanueva, 28, recently relocated from Umatilla to Colorado, was recently diagnosed with Hodgin’s Lymphoma. The dinner and fundraiser will include a silent auction. The event gets under way at 5 p.m. Tickets are $10 and kids 6 and under get in for free.
Tickets are available at Java Junkies in Umatilla, Main Street Market in Stanfield, Murray’s Drug in Heppner, MCGG in Ione, and the Hermiston Community Center.
Organizers are asking for contributions to this event either in the form of money or through a donated item that could be auctioned off. The proceeds from this benefit will be used by the family for medical bills.
