Domestic Violence Services, Inc. is holding the sixth annual In Her Shoes fundraising walk on Saturday, April 27 at the Oxbow Trail in Hermiston. The event goes from 9 a.m. to noon.
Sexual assault is one of the most under-reported and misunderstood crimes in the United States. Walkers will understand why as they “walk in the shoes of a victim” of domestic or sexual violence.
The registration fee is $15 per person and includes a T-shirt. Raffle tickets are $1 each or six for $5. For more information and to register, visit the DVS website.
