Donald C. Baer, of Portland, died on April 20, 2016 in Umatilla at the age of 62.
He was born on September 30, 1953 in Memphis, Tennessee.
He served in the United States Army from 1970 until his honorable discharge in 1973.
Don had lived in Portland until moving to the Hermiston area in September of 2015 and had been working at KIE.
A family gathering will be held.
