Downtown Heppner will be a busy place this Friday, Dec. 13, when Winter Fest and the Holiday Night Market will be taking place.
The Heppner Outreach Committee has organized the Winter Fest event, which goes from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Attractions include a light parade and display, photos with special holiday characters, story time with Mrs. Claus, and the Snowball Drop prize giveaway.
The Holiday Night Market, organized by Heppner Day Care, goes from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Gilliam Bisbee Building. It includes vendors, children’s activities and live entertainment. For more information, visit the organizer’s Facebook page.
