Dylan Jones Vicory of Irrigon Passes Away at 18

Dylan D. Jones Vicory of Irrigon died on June 7, 2015 in Hermiston as the result of drowning in the Columbia River in Irrigon at the age of 18.

He was born on Jan. 19, 1997 in Modesto, Calif.

A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, June 15, 2015 at 10 a.m, at the Family Worship Center, 330 NE 8th St., Irrigon.
