Echo Announces Scarecrow Contest Winners

The city of Echo announced the winners of its Scarecrows on Main contest that featured 17 entries throughout the downtown area.

Among the winners were Cari Volger’s “Save the Pumpkins” entry; a group entry by Brown/Piercy, “Nerdy Husband and 80s Wife;” and Melissa McPherson-Cearns’ “Crazy Hair Scarecrow.” Charlei Harwood won the children’s class with her “Tinkerbelle Scarecrow.” Each won cash prizes.

Entries winning ribbons included Phyllis Shovelski, Alexa Rose, and a combined entry by Connie Fisher and Sue Winters.
