Friends and family of Al Sells are hosting the 20th annual Echo Toy Run on Saturday, Dec. 2, to make a special delivery to Good Shepherd Medical Center.

Motorcyclists are invited to bring unwrapped toys or stuffed animals and meet on Main Street, Echo — with kickstands up at noon, the group will deliver the gifts via police escort to Good Shepherd, 610 NW 11th St., Hermiston.

Sells coordinated the event each year until he died in a motorcycle crash in August 2019. The Stanfield man wanted to help brighten the season for children in the hospital during the holidays.

Sells’ daughter, Amanda Silvani, said passenger vehicles are welcome to follow the motorcycles into town. For more information, search Facebook via rebrand.ly/q3cfnbi. For questions, contact Silvani at 541-720-9304 or aksanchez4@gmail.com.
