Betty J. Lankford, of Echo, and a longtime Heppner resident died on Sept. 9, 2016 in Hermiston at the age of 82.
She was born on July 20, 1934 in Watertown, S.D.
A celebration of life gathering will be announced.
A private family burial will be at the Pilot Rock Cemetery.
