Edward S. “Ed” Waits died on Feb. 13, 2022 at his home in Hermiston at the age of 87.
He was born on July 28, 1934 in Panama, Okla.
A graveside funeral service with military honors will be held on Thursday, Feb. 17, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the Hermiston Cemetery.
