A 72-year-old man with dementia was found Monday afternoon after reportedly going missing earlier in the day.
The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office issued a press release on Monday about Robert Hiatt who was reported missing and was last seen on Willow Creek Road south of Heppner around 10:30 a.m. on Monday. It was reported that he did not have his medications and might be in a confused state of mind.
Several hours later, the sheriff’s office reported that Hiatt had been found and was being checked by medical staff.
