Ellen Webb Conboy, former Condon, Arlington, Goldendale resident died on Nov. 22, 2016 in Hermiston at the age of 85.
She was born on Feb. 24, 1931 in Condon.
Arrangements are pending with a celebration gathering planned for the spring of 2017.
