The Hermiston Chamber of Commerce will help Eastern Oregon Telecom break ground at their new building site on Wednesday, Sept. 27, at 7:30 am.
The new property is located right off South Highway 395 and S.E. Kelli Blvd., across the Street from the Oregon Child Development Coalition Migrant & Early Head Start building.
