Eastern Oregon Telecom will hold a special back-to-school barbecue at Columbia Harvest Foods in Umatilla on Friday, Aug. 28.
The event will be held from 2 to 6 p.m., and will include free hot dogs and soda, as well as a chance to win prizes.
