Eastern Oregon Trade and Event Center personnel are looking to area residents and organizations to help resurrect Hermiston’s Festival of Lights this year.
They’re accepting donations of old trees and LED lights, as well as newly purchased decorations. They’ll also be needing vendors. Vendor spaces for non-profits, youth organizations and churches are $75 per weekend (Thursdays through Sundays), and $150 per weekend for all other vendors.
