The Eastern Oregon Trade & Event Center Authority Board will hold a special meeting on Friday, Nov. 7 at the Stafford Hansell Government Center, 915 S.E. Columbia Drive, in Hermiston.
The meeting is scheduled for 7 a.m. in the Dennis D. Doherty Conference Room.
