The 2014 Northwest Run/Walk for Epilepsy in Hermiston has raised nearly $8,000.
The event was held June 21 at McKenzie Park to raise money for the Epilepsy Foundation Northwest, which works to find a cure and overcome the challenges of epilepsy.
Donations are still being accepted online through July 21.
