He was born on April 15, 1954 in San Juan, Nayarit, Mexico.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2019 from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston, with the Rosary at 7 p.m.
Mass will be held on Friday, June 14, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church.
Burial will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery.
