The Umatilla County Fair Board will hold a workshop on Tuesday, May 19 at the Eastern Oregon Trade & Event Center site to discuss vendor and carnival placement.
The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. The event center site is located at 1705 E. Airport Road.
