Soroptimist International of the Greater Hermiston Area has “A Good Old Fashioned Christmas” experience planned for Family Day during this year’s Festival of Trees, taking place this weekend at the Hermiston Community Center.
Family Day is on Sunday, Dec. 2 from noon to 4 p.m. For a $5 donation per family, event-goers will enjoy live entertainment, a Snack Shack hosted by Boy Scout troops 679 and 654, cookie decorating, kid-friendly tattoos, jingle bracelets, Christmas countdown chains, spin art, mini-manicures, and much more. Each family can also have one free picture made with Santa.
