Approximately 30 firefighters are on the scene this morning of a warehouse fire on Campbell Drive in Hermiston.
At 6:48 a.m., Umatilla County Fire District #1 was dispatched to a commercial structure fire at 5 Campbell Drive. First arriving units found a medium-sized commercial building with heavy fire involvement.
According to the district, Battalion 21 has established command and requested additional resources from mutual-aid departments. Campbell drive is shut down to emergency traffic only. Firefighters are continuing to work to put out the fire.
The fire district said additional updates would come later today.
