The Hermiston Parks and Recreation Department’s annual Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt, sponsored by Simmons Agency, will take place on Friday, March 30 beginning at 8:15 p.m. sharp in Butte Park, 1245 N.W. Seventh St. No registration is needed.
The event is free and is open to children 10 and under. Thousands of filled eggs will be hidden. Participants will use their flashlights to find eggs in the dark. Parents are advised to stay with their children but should let them gather their own eggs.
Remember, show up early and bring your baskets and flashlights!
