Francine M. “Fran” Baisley of Hermiston died on April 20, 2019 in Hermiston at the age of 70.
She was born on May 4, 1948 in Pendleton to Everett “Babe” and Mildred Collinsworth White.
Fran was raised and attended school in Echo, graduating from Echo High School in 1966. She then earned her associate degree from Blue Mountain Community College in Pendleton. Fran worked at Bud-Rich Potato for a time before she married David Baisley on Nov. 15, 1985 in Hermiston. She was an avid scrap-booker who enjoyed knitting, fishing, yard work, birdwatching and loved her dogs.
She is survived by her husband, David Baisley, Hermiston; twin sister, Marcine Sullivan, Pendleton; sister, Charlene Longhorn; brother, Colin White, Pendleton; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Fran was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Erik Baisley.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019 at 1 p.m., at the Echo Cemetery.
