Freda Orcutt died on March 28, 2023 at her home in Boardman at the age of 83.
She was born on March 15, 1940 in Albuquerque, N.M.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023 at 1 p.m. at Pine Grove Butte Cemetery, Hood River.
