Free COVID-19 tests are being offered this weekend in Hermiston and Boardman.
In Hermiston, the tests will be given at the Umatilla Electric Cooperative, 750 W. Elm Ave., on Saturday, Feb. 27 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
In Boardman, the tests will be at the UEC Boardman office, 400 N.E. Eldrige Drive, on Sunday, Feb. 28 from 3 to 6 p.m.
The free tests are part of a partnership between UEC and the University of Oregon and its research project, RADx-Up.
