The Umatilla Electric Cooperative parking lot will be the site of spring clean-up event on Saturday, April 23.
From 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., you can discard your old aluminum, appliances, car batteries, computers, concrete, paint, yard debris and more – at no charge.
