Powerful Tools for Caregivers© classes begin Tuesday, March 22 in Hermiston.
If you are providing physical or emotional support for a loved one dealing with an ongoing health condition or decline due to aging, you are a family caregiver, and this free class is for you.
The class will teach participants more than 30 skills to help you thrive as a caregiver.
Six weekly 90-minute sessions meet from 4-5:30 p.m. in Meeting Room 2 in the lower level of Good Shepherd Medical Office Plaza at 620 NW 11 St. Sign up through Good Shepherd’s Education Department at 541-667-3509.
