Mark your calendars for Oct. 25 and take part in a fun run to raise money for the Agape House.
“A Very Poplar Run” will feature a kids run, a 5K, 10K and 15K race through the Boardman Tree Farm that features more than 25,000 acres of trees. The kids run begins at 9:45 a.m. with the next race to start at 10:30 a.m.
Participants can pick up their pre-race packets at the Oxford Suites in Hermiston from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 24. Late registration will be held at 7 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 25. Walkers are welcome to stroll through the trees. The course will close at 2 p.m. To get to the course, follow the signs on Interstate 84, exits 168 or 171
