This Saturday, June 17, McKenzie Park in Hermiston will be the venue for the 14th annual Northwest Run/Walk for Epilepsy 2017.
The annual fundraising events are hosted by the Epilepsy Foundation Northwest, the largest agency in the region serving the needs of the epilepsy community.
The walk is one mile in length. Registration is from 9 to 10 a.m.; the walk is from 10 to 11 a.m.; and the celebration ceremony is from 11 a.m. to noon. Registration fees are $50 for Gold Walker, $40 for Silver Walker, $30 for Bronze Walker, and $20 (no T-shirt) for Virtual Walker.
McKenzie Park is located at 320 S. First St., near the fire department. Please note: In the event of rain, meet at the Arc office at 215 W. Orchard Ave., next to the post office.
