The Funshine Open golf tournament will raise money for the Community Women’s Club of Irrigon and Boardman.
In its seventh year, the event is Sept 21 with check-in at 9 a.m. at Marker 40 Golf Club, 78873 Toms Camp Road. Players will tee off with the horn blast at 10 a.m.
The four-person scramble costs $260 per foursome or $65 for individuals, who will be added to a team. The entry includes green fees for 18 holes, pastries, lunch and prizes. It is open to men and women of all skill levels.
