Gail A. Armstrong died on March 28, 2013 at her home in Irrigon at the age of 59.
She was born on Dec. 16, 1953 in Oregon City. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 1 p.m., at Stokes Landing Senior Center in Irrigon.
